The Role

As a Social Media Manager , you’ll own and grow Vezras’ presence across social platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.

You’ll be responsible for turning product ideas, business insights, and industry conversations into content that is clear, relevant, and engaging. You’ll work across strategy, content creation, design coordination, publishing, and performance analysis.

We’re looking for someone who understands that strong social media isn’t just about posting consistently — it’s about understanding the audience, finding the right story, and communicating it effectively.

What You’ll Do

- Own and manage Vezras’ social media presence and content calendar.
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Research industry trends, audience interests, competitors, and content opportunities.
- Create content for LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms.
- Write strong hooks, captions, posts, and social media copy.
- Plan and create carousels, static creatives, short-form videos, and other content formats.
- Collaborate with the founder and team to turn ideas and insights into engaging content.
- Manage publishing schedules and maintain consistency in brand voice and visual identity.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Use performance insights to improve content and experiment with new formats.

- Excellent writing — you can simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly.
- Social media understanding — strong knowledge of LinkedIn and how content performs across social platforms.
- Visual judgement — you understand layout, hierarchy, branding, and what makes content visually effective.
- Strategic thinking — you can connect individual posts to broader brand and audience goals.
- Analytical mindset — you use performance data to understand what works and improve future content.
- Ownership & adaptability — you can manage the content process independently while experimenting and learning quickly.

Eligibility Graduates from any discipline with relevant experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or brand communication.

Good to Have

- Experience managing a brand or founder’s LinkedIn presence.
- Experience creating B2B, SaaS, technology, or AI-related content.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar creative tools.
- Experience with short-form video and basic video editing.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience using AI tools for research, writing, design, or content creation.
- A portfolio or examples of social media accounts/content you have managed.
