Experience: 3–6 Years

CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPA

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall social media strategy
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns
- Lead creation of Reels, videos, posts and stories
- Track social media trends, viral content and hashtags
- Manage influencer collaborations and brand campaigns
- Coordinate with content creators, designers and video editors
- Monitor engagement, reach, follower growth and performance
- Analyse insights and prepare social media reports
- Maintain consistent brand image and communication
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for brand growth

Requirements





- 3–6 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing
- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Experience in content strategy, Reels and influencer marketing
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in Beauty, Salon, Fashion, Lifestyle or FMCG will be an advantage
