Role Snapshot

- Experience: 2–4 years of dedicated social media management
- Joining: Immediate (0–15 days notice preferred)
- Compensation: ₹25,000–30,000/month, based on experience
- Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Location: In-studio, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

- Own social strategy, content pillars and monthly calendars for 4–6 client accounts
- Plan, write and schedule posts on Instagram, YouTube (Shorts + long-form) and LinkedIn using native schedulers or Buffer/Hootsuite/Later
- Write platform-specific copy: hooks, captions, CTAs, hashtag sets and YouTube titles, descriptions and tags (basic YouTube SEO)
- Brief the creative and production teams with reference decks, shot lists, hook scripts and format specs (aspect ratio, duration, safe zones)
- Track KPIs: reach, impressions, engagement rate, saves, shares, watch time, average view duration, retention, CTR, profile visits and follower growth
- Build monthly performance reports in Google Sheets or Looker Studio, with month-on-month comparisons and next steps
- Run A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, posting times and formats, and write down what you learn
- Handle community management (comments and DMs) within set response times and keep brand voice consistent
- Track algorithm changes, trending audio and new formats, and turn them into campaign ideas within 24–48 hours
- Present strategy and results to clients and own day-to-day client communication
- Review and mentor junior social media executives

Required Skills and Experience

- 2–4 years of hands-on social media management, ideally for several brands at once
- Deep working knowledge of Instagram (Reels, Carousels, Stories,



Broadcast Channels), YouTube (Shorts, long-form, Community) and LinkedIn (company pages, documents, newsletters)
- Comfortable with analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Analytics
- Working knowledge of UTM parameters and GA4 basics for tracking traffic from social
- Able to read data (retention curves, drop-off points, engagement ratios) and turn it into content decisions
- Strong copywriting skills that adapt across brand voices, in English and Hinglish
- Basic editing and design: Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Express
- Positive sense of trends, pop culture and what works in the Indian social landscape
- Organized and deadline-driven, with experience in Notion, Trello, ClickUp or Google Workspace
- Confident on camera for reels, BTS and talking-head content
- Clear client communication; able to present and defend recommendations with data

Nice to Have

- Agency experience
- Experience in education, FMCG, D2C or foodservice
- Paid social basics: Meta Ads Manager, boosting, audience targeting, budget pacing, reading CPM/CPC/CTR
- Social listening or competitor benchmarking tools
- Reels and Shorts editing beyond basic trims
- Experience leading a small team
