About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who understands how to build and manage social media accounts from strategy to execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in content planning, content creation, social media management, and brand communication. You should be someone who can take ownership of an account, bring fresh ideas to the table, and ensure that the work is delivered on time.

What You'll Do

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Develop monthly content strategies, content calendars, and creative ideas for different brands.
- Come up with fresh and relevant ideas for Reels, posts, stories, carousels, and other social media formats.
- Be hands-on with content creation and understand how to turn an idea into engaging social media content.
- Write or coordinate captions, hooks, CTAs, and other social media copy.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, editors, and other team members to execute content.
- Research current trends, formats, references, and content styles relevant to each brand.
- Understand different brand personalities and create content that is aligned with their positioning.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, stories, community management, and content coordination.
- Monitor account performance and identify what is working and what needs to be improved.
- Prepare regular social media reports and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements, feedback,



and expectations.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.
- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure there are no gaps in execution.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
- Someone who genuinely understands content, not just scheduling and posting.
- Creative thinker who can consistently bring new ideas and references.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and formats.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Punctual, accountable, and responsible with assigned work.
- Proactive approach — someone who can identify what needs to be done rather than waiting to be told.
- Ability to take feedback positively and implement it effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Must be an immediate joiner.

Work StructureThis is a hybrid role:

- Office location: Mumbai Suburbs
- Candidates must be comfortable travelling to the Mumbai suburban office location.
