- 2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Instagram & Reels
- Experience with content strategy, calendars & execution
- Valuable understanding of trends and platform behaviour
- Ability to work with designers, editors, creators & clients
- Strong ownership, communication & deadline management
- Experience with personal branding / influencer accounts is a plus
