About the role

We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy social media manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll be collaborating with designers and content creators to build engaging campaigns, grow communities, and tell impactful brand stories.

What you'll do

- Develop & execute social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars in collaboration with design & content teams.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling & monitoring across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Conduct competitive analysis & prepare performance reports to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, hashtags, and platform updates.
- Handle community management (DMs, comments,



influencer coordination).
- Track results with analytics tools & report on ROI.
- Execute social media campaigns (product launches, promotions, collaborations).
- Experience in managing relationships with nano and macro-level influencers, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Mandatory experience in managing social media for skincare brands.

What we're looking for

- Atleast 1-2 years of professional experience with social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency with tools like Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer, and analytics dashboards (preferred).
- Bonus: Experience with skincare
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
