About the Role

Fitspire is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across Instagram and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should understand D2C brands, social media trends, content strategy, and audience engagement, with a strong ability to turn ideas into high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Fitspire’s brand and business goals.
- Plan and manage monthly/weekly content calendars across social platforms.
- Lead Instagram content including Reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and collaborations.
- Identify trending formats, sounds, topics, and opportunities relevant to the health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness space.
- Work closely with the creative, content, marketing, and performance teams to develop engaging campaigns.
- Coordinate with creators/influencers and manage social media collaborations.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new content opportunities.
- Track social media performance and provide regular insights and reports on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to improve organic growth and engagement.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual identity,



and communication across platforms.
- Manage social media campaigns, launches, contests, and brand initiatives.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a D2C, FMCG, health, fitness, nutrition, or lifestyle brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Experience in developing and executing content strategies.
- Good understanding of Reels, short-form video, influencer marketing, and social media analytics.
- Robust communication, creativity, and content-planning skills.
- Ability to understand audience behaviour and translate insights into content ideas.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong sense of branding, storytelling, and visual content.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred
- Experience managing social media for a D2C brand.
- Experience working with influencers/creators.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and paid social media.
- Experience with health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or FMCG brands.

What We’re Looking For Someone who can own Fitspire’s social media presence end-to-end, understand what makes content perform, and build a strong, engaging digital community around the brand.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
