Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategy aligned with Ruvab’s mission.

- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories) highlighting salons, staff, and customer experiences.

- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and fostering relationships.

- Run outreach campaigns to onboard salons and showcase platform success stories.

- Track analytics and optimize campaigns for reach and impact.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing startup social media accounts or niche communities.

- Robust copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.

- Ability to experiment with formats and adapt quickly to trends.
