We are looking for a Social Media Manager + Marketing Executive to work closely with the founder and manage the social media and marketing activities of two growing brands.

This is an on-site, hands-on role for someone who understands social media beyond simply posting content. You should be comfortable with content creation, community building, marketing, sales, coordination, and day-to-day administrative work.

What you will be responsible for

Social Media & Content

- Manage Instagram and other relevant social media platforms for two brands
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly content calendars
- Create and coordinate Reels, carousels, stories and static content
- Edit short-form videos and create basic graphics
- Maintain a strong understanding of aesthetics, branding and visual consistency
- Keep up with current social media trends and identify content opportunities
- Coordinate photoshoots, creators, influencers and other content requirements

Community & Growth

- Build and actively engage with the online community
- Respond to comments, DMs and customer queries
- Identify opportunities for collaborations and influencer marketing
- Help grow brand awareness and engagement organically
- Track social media performance and suggest improvements

Marketing & Sales

- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Generate and follow up on leads where required
- Assist with sales initiatives and customer conversion
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, partners and other external stakeholders
- Think beyond vanity metrics and understand how social media contributes to actual business growth

Administration & Coordination

- Handle basic day-to-day administrative tasks




- Maintain content calendars, trackers and campaign sheets
- Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, creators and other team members
- Organise files, content and marketing assets
- Assist the founder with miscellaneous business and marketing coordination

What we are looking for
- 2+ years of relevant work experience is extremely important
- Prior experience managing social media for a brand/business
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Experience with community building
- Positive eye for aesthetics, branding and visual presentation
- Comfortable with Canva and basic graphic design
- Strong video editing skills for Reels/short-form content
- Prior experience in sales or lead generation
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive, independent and willing to take ownership
- Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to understand a brand's voice and maintain consistency

Important We are not looking for someone who only schedules posts.

We want someone who can take ownership of social media, understand the brand, contribute ideas, coordinate execution, build a community and think about how marketing ultimately drives business.

If you have managed social media for a D2C, lifestyle, wellness, fitness or consumer brand, that would be a strong advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month depending on experience and capabilities.
