Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday–Friday + 2 Saturdays off per month

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary-

Maison Technology is looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager who enjoys developing fresh ideas, exploring social media trends, and creating engaging content for brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in social media, content creation, creative ideation, and digital marketing. Freshers with relevant internships, projects, or a good understanding of social media are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Research current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and content ideas.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Assist in developing social media strategies to improve reach and engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct competitor and industry research.




- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content planning, approvals, and publishing.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform features.

Requirements-

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Passionate about creative ideas, content creation, and social media.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Meta Business Suite.
- Good understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Candidates with relevant internships, projects, or a social media portfolio will be preferred.
