Role & responsibilities

Maxus Builders is a Jaipur-based real estate development firm specializing in boutique hotels and heritage properties (kothis) across Rajasthan. We are looking for a creative, data-aware Social Media Manager to run our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook and build a distinctive brand voice around heritage and boutique hospitality.

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, stories, reels and carousels in line with the brand's tone
- Write captions, copy and hashtags for property showcases, project updates, launches and events
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs and queries promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams on creatives, shoots and campaign rollouts
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads) and prepare regular reports
- Optimize content strategy based on analytics and platform trends
- Keep track of competitor and industry trends in real estate and hospitality
- Coordinate with property teams for photo and video content during site visits and launches

Preferred candidate profile





- 1-2 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency; real estate, hospitality or travel experience is a plus
- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, BBA or a related field
- Strong written English and Hindi; valuable copywriting skills
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite or similar)
- Basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools; video-editing basics (CapCut, InShot) preferred
- Understanding of analytics and insights tools
- Good organizational skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Good to have: basic knowledge of paid social, a portfolio of pages managed, and interest in heritage, architecture or travel content
