Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager with a strong focus on YouTube to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in YouTube content strategy, audience growth, SEO, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
- Develop and execute YouTube-focused content strategies and content calendars.
- Plan video topics based on trends, audience interests, and keyword research.
- Coordinate with Content Writers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers and Faculty for content creation.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and keywords.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics, CTR, watch time, retention and engagement.
- Plan and manage YouTube Shorts, Live Sessions and Community Posts.
- Create engaging captions, posts and promotional content for social media.
- Track competitors, trends and emerging content opportunities.




- Prepare regular social media and YouTube performance reports.
- Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, subscribers and overall audience growth.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management / YouTube Management.
- Robust understanding of YouTube SEO and YouTube Analytics.
- Good knowledge of Content Planning Social Media Strategy.
- Strong understanding of audience engagement and growth.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in Education/EdTech or Defence-related content will be an added advantage.
