About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our brand's social media presence. This is a hands-on role encompassing social media strategy, content planning, photography/video shooting, creative direction, publishing, and daily social media management. The ideal candidate will independently identify content opportunities, plan and execute shoots, edit or coordinate content, publish it, and continuously enhance our brand's social media performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the social media strategy for the Kerala property.
- Create monthly and weekly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify content opportunities across the property, guest experiences, surroundings, lifestyle, and Kerala culture.
- Independently plan and execute photo and video shoots.
- Confidently operate cameras and other content creation equipment.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories, posts, short-form videos, and other social content.
- Manage end-to-end content publishing and scheduling.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling.
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant opportunities for the brand.
- Experiment with current content formats,



hooks, concepts, and storytelling styles.
- Track content performance and leverage insights for future content improvement.
- Foster audience engagement and maintain an active social presence.
- Coordinate with internal teams for shoots, events, experiences, and campaigns as needed.
- Take ownership of the complete social media workflow: idea generation, planning, shooting, publishing, and performance analysis.

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and content planning.
- Proven ability to independently create engaging social media content.
- Proficient camera skills with a keen eye for composition, lighting, framing, and storytelling.
- Ability to independently plan and execute photo and video shoots.
- Good understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
- Strong visual sense and creative thinking.
- Ability to identify trends and adapt them creatively.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and lifestyle environment.
