Role Overview:

As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be shaping ideas, crafting strategies, and collaborating with creative and digital teams to bring innovative solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate is organised, analytical and a strong communicator, capable of building trust, solving problems, and driving results for both the client and the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage multiple social media accounts, as clients' primary point of contact while building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives.
- Conceptualize and craft creative strategies for digital campaigns that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and drive campaigns, create pitch decks and frameworks that stand out in a competitive digital space.
- Collaborate closely with design, copy, and media teams to execute creative ideas across platforms.
- Maintain a high standard of quality and brand voice through rigorous quality checks and final approval process for all social media copies, graphics, and video assets before publishing. Proofread and fact-check all posts to ensure zero grammatical errors and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Be quick and agile with moment marketing, ensuring ideas are turned around swiftly to capitalize on trends. Stay ahead of trends and lead with fresh ideas that leverage emerging technologies and cultural moments.
- Manage calendar planning, approvals, campaign execution, and performance tracking across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Track social trends, platform updates, and competitive movements to proactively guide brand positioning.
- Analyze campaign performance,



generate reports, and present insights for optimisation and growth.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and feedback loops across stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team growth and upskilling.

Requirements:

- 4 -6 years of experience in a creative role within a digital marketing or communications consultancy.
- A portfolio showcasing your ability to ideate and execute successful creative campaigns.
- Solid understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and what works on each.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell ideas to clients and internal teams.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- A curious and proactive mindset, always looking to push creative boundaries.
- Be a trend-spotter, always in tune with pop culture and digital moments, with the ability to act fast and make them work for brands.
- Experience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
