We are looking for a passionate, culturally attuned Social Media Manager based in the Delhi NCR region who doesn't just manage feeds, but deeply understands the psychology of skincare enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Strategy & • Execution:

End-to-end planning, scripting, and execution of high-converting Instagram Reels, TikTok-style videos, and static posts tailored for maximum reach and engagement.
- Retention & • Algorithm Mastery:

Architect powerful video hooks, structure pacing for optimal Average View Duration (AVD), and master viewer retention tactics to keep audiences locked in until the final frame.
- Brand Vibe & • Aesthetic Direction:

Maintain our signature clinical-luxury visual identity across all social touchpoints, ensuring every asset mirrors high-end editorial standards.
- In office Shoot Production: Coordinate, direct, and participate in offline content shoots across Delhi NCR,



capturing raw product textures, application shots, and lifestyle visuals.
- Community & • Growth:

Drive organic community growth with an initial milestone target of 10K highly engaged followers, cultivating authentic conversations with skincare connoisseurs.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing social media for a skincare, beauty, or cosmetics brand.
- Audience Intuition: A native understanding of what skincare enthusiasts love, what ingredients they obsess over, and the specific pain points they look to solve.
- Data-Driven Creativity: Deep knowledge of social metrics—specifically hooks, AVD, retention rates, and algorithmic growth loops.
- Design Sensibility: A sharp eye for luxury design, minimal typography, and cohesive grid aesthetics.
- Location & Availability: Based in Delhi NCR with the flexibility to attend and execute regular offline content shoots.
