- Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create, manage, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
- Conduct competitor analysis to study competitor content strategies, engagement, branding, and social media performance.
- Perform trend analysis to identify trending topics, hashtags, sounds, formats, and content opportunities relevant to real estate.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats.
- Stay updated with and effectively use relevant AI tools for content creation, research, video editing, ideation, automation, and social media management.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds, and content formats relevant to the brand.
- Write engaging captions and basic social media copy.
- Coordinate with the design/content team to develop creative content.
- Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
- Assist in social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate creative content ideas and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of content calendars, competitor analysis, and trend analysis.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, copywriting, and video editing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video editing tools is preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidate must be currently based in Bangalore.
- Candidates with personal social media/content-creation experience or a portfolio will be preferred.
