Qualifications / Skills Required

- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Prior experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant digital channels, preferably for brands, organisations, communities or professional platforms.
- Strong content creation and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging, relevant and premium-quality digital content.
- Proficiency in Graphic Designing, Canva, Video Editing, Mobile Videography and Photography.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and video-generation tools, including Google Gemini Flow and other relevant AI platforms, is highly desirable.
- Ability to independently conceptualise, create, shoot and edit Reels,



short-form videos, social media creatives, carousels, stories and other digital content.
- Ability to understand and maintain a premium, professional and consistent brand aesthetic across digital platforms.
- Ability to monitor and analyse social media metrics, audience engagement and content performance, and use insights to improve content and campaigns.
- Strong written and spoken English, with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Robust creative thinking, attention to detail and ability to identify and adapt to emerging social media trends, formats and digital practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage timelines and take ownership of assigned content and social media responsibilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
