Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager with 1 year of experience to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Write creative captions and develop content ideas aligned with the brand.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Track and analyze social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Increase engagement, reach, followers, and overall brand visibility.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other teams for content creation.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
- Support social media campaigns, promotions, and other marketing activities.

Requirements





- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content/design tools.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and formats.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Reels and short-form video content.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding.
