Social Media Manager — Content, Shoots & Reels

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

This isn’t a “schedule posts and disappear” kind of role.

We’re looking for someone who can spot a story, turn it into content and take it live.

You’ll manage social media across

CZAR Group and its businesses, working at the intersection of luxury interiors, hospitality, real estate, design and global brand collaborations involving names such as Versace, Fendi, Roberto Cavalli and Bentley Home.

The role is based at Garrison Rojo, the brand strategy and communication arm of CZAR Group.

You’ll be involved across the entire content cycle—from identifying opportunities and building content calendars to planning shoots, directing visuals, editing reels and publishing the final work.

What You’ll Own

- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across multiple brands
- Identify content opportunities across projects, events, people and everyday business activities
- Conceptualise and execute social-first campaigns, reels, posts and stories
- Plan and coordinate photography and video shoots
- Create references, moodboards, shot lists and creative directions
- Shoot content using a phone or camera when required
- Edit reels, short-form videos and other social media content
- Write or coordinate captions and social media copy
- Collaborate with designers, strategists and internal teams
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms
- Track performance and use insights to improve future content
- Ensure content is consistently delivered on time and on brand

You’ll Be a Outstanding Fit If You
- Have a strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and short-form video
- Have a natural eye for visuals, storytelling and culture




- Can plan a shoot and also step in to capture the content
- Know how to edit engaging reels with strong pacing, music and transitions
- Understand framing, lighting, composition and basic art direction
- Can manage multiple brands without diluting their individual identities
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Can work independently without waiting for instructions at every step
- Follow trends without blindly copying them
- Care deeply about the quality of what goes live

Skills We’re Looking For
- Social media strategy and content planning
- Photography and videography
- Reel and short-form video editing
- Shoot planning and coordination
- Visual storytelling and art direction
- Caption writing and content ideation
- Content calendar and publishing management
- Basic performance tracking and reporting

Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva or CapCut will be an advantage.

Experience

Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.

Your creative instinct, ownership and quality of work matter more to us than the number of years on your résumé.

Important

This is a hands-on, work-from-office role. You should be equally comfortable developing an idea, coordinating a shoot, capturing content, editing a reel and ensuring it gets published on time.
