Social Media Manager

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹16,000.00 per month We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team! If you have a passion for social media, content creation, digital trends, and brand growth, this is an opportunity to develop your skills in a creative environment.

Who can apply:

* Age: 18 – 26

- Experience: 6 months – 1 year
- Male/Female – Anyone with creativity and a strong interest in social media can apply.
- Candidates with experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or other social media platforms are preferred.

Requirements:

* Basic understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Ability to plan and manage social media content
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to identify trending content, reels, sounds, hashtags, and social media trends
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain social media accounts for the company and clients
- Plan and execute monthly/weekly content calendars
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, and other team members
- Research and identify trending topics,



reels, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas
- Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports
- Engage with followers, comments, and messages
- Maintain consistent brand identity across social media platforms
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities
- Ensure content is published on time according to the content calendar
- Track competitors and identify new content opportunities

Skills Required

- 6 months – 1 year of experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of Instagram and other social media platforms
- Creativity and good content sense
- Knowledge of current social media trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new trends and platforms
