Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Fitspire’s social media presence across major platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing social media content calendars, creating and posting engaging content, managing community interactions, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role also involves monitoring social media analytics, running campaigns, collaborating with marketing and design teams,



and staying up to date with trends in health, wellness, and social media.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts and campaigns.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with marketing and brand goals.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Experience using social media analytics tools and insights to improve performance and inform strategy.
- Understanding of the health, fitness, and wellness sector, with interest in vegan and wellness-oriented products.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role for consumer brands is preferred.
