Social Media Manager

Full-Time Experience: 2-4 Years | Location: [Noida]

About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can think in scroll-stopping hooks, write like a journalist, and post like a pro. You'll own our social presence end-to-end from planning and creating content to writing blogs and basic editing while keeping an eye on what's trending and what's working.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Build monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, project launches, and events

Write scroll-stopping captions, hooks, and scripts for Reels Shorts

Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates, and adapt them to the brand voice

Track engagement and performance metrics, turn insights into better content decisions

Monitor comments DMs and ensure timely, on-brand responses

Collaborate with the design and video team to execute creative concepts

Content Writing & SEO

Write SEO-optimized blog posts, articles, and landing page content for the website





Conduct keyword research and weave target keywords naturally into content

Write transparent, engaging content on real estate topics, market trends, and investment guides

Repurpose long-form content into social-friendly formats (carousels, short scripts, etc.)

Basic Editing

Perform basic photo and video editing trimming for Reels, Shorts, and static posts

Add captions, subtitles, and simple graphic touch-ups using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Rush

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in social media management and/or content writing

Strong understanding of SEO content optimization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi)

Hands-on experience with social scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)

Working knowledge of basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)

Creative thinking with a sharp eye for trending content formats

Good to Have

Real estate industry experience A portfolio of published blogs or social content you've personally driven

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
