Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee end-to-end social media presence for multiple brands, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across key platforms.

Responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing profiles and posts for reach and engagement, and managing daily community interactions such as comments, messages, and inquiries. The role involves coordinating with design, content, and performance marketing teams to run integrated campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and preparing explicit reports and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.

The Social Media

Manager will also stay updated with platform trends and best practices,



propose new ideas, and help refine the brand voice across channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, with work primarily carried out from the Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and adapt content for different audiences and channels.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for client coordination, internal collaboration, and clear reporting.
- Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably in an agency environment.
- Candidates should be proficient with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn analytics, third-party schedulers).
- Candidates should demonstrate ability to analyze performance data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns based on measurable outcomes.
- Candidates should have strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple brands and deadlines.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in digital marketing or social media are an advantage.
- Immediate joiners who can work on-site from Ahmedabad are strongly preferred.
