About the Role: We are looking for a culturally aware and highly organised Social Media Executive to join our Entertainment team.

In this role, you will manage the day-to-day social media presence of Pan-India celebrities, creators and influencers. You will contribute to content strategy, develop platform-relevant ideas and coordinate execution across internal teams and talent representatives.

The ideal candidate understands entertainment and internet culture, writes well and knows how to turn trends and everyday moments into compelling social content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts for celebrities, content creators and influencers.
- Develop monthly content plans aligned with each talent’s personality, audience and positioning.
- Generate ideas for reels, stories, posts, campaigns and real-time content.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, social copy and content briefs.
- Identify relevant trends, formats, conversations and cultural moments.




- Coordinate with talent managers, designers, editors, photographers and production teams.
- Schedule and publish approved content across relevant platforms.
- Support content shoots, events, launches and live social media coverage.
- Monitor audience engagement and maintain the appropriate tone of voice for each account.
- Track performance, prepare reports and recommend improvements based on insights.
- Manage approvals, timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts.
- Maintain complete confidentiality while handling talent communication and unreleased content.

What We’re Looking For

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a social media, digital, creative, talent management or entertainment agency.
- Hands-on experience managing celebrity, creator or influencer accounts, supported by a relevant portfolio.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, emerging content formats and social media analytics.
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills, with strong copywriting, storytelling and ideation abilities.
- A keen understanding of entertainment, pop culture, fashion, lifestyle and the creator economy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, stakeholders and deadlines.
- A professional, detail-oriented approach with the discretion required when working with public figures.
