About the Role

Collective AEC is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms. The role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, coordinating with internal teams, and helping strengthen Collective AEC’s brand visibility within the architecture, engineering, construction, and built-setting space.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Collective AEC’s brand and business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day content across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Create and coordinate engaging content including posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, project showcases, company updates, and employee-focused content.
- Create, publish, and manage Reels and other short-form video content, with a strong focus on increasing the company page’s reach, engagement, visibility, and audience growth.




- Build and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Work closely with design, architecture, engineering, HR, and business teams to gather content and identify stories worth sharing.
- Write clear, engaging captions and social media copy while maintaining consistent brand tone.
- Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and other creative requirements.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and overall audience engagement.
- Track social media performance using relevant analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
- Analyse trends, audience behaviour, and competitor activity to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Stay updated with emerging social media formats, trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Support campaigns, events, project launches, recruitment initiatives, and corporate communications through social media.
- Ensure all published content follows Collective AEC’s brand guidelines and communication standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
