We are looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts for clients across different industries. The ideal candidate should combine strong content ideas, clear communication, and an understanding of analytics to help brands grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop social media strategies aligned with each client’s brand, audience, and business goals.

- Create and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Write engaging captions, reel scripts, campaign concepts, and creative briefs.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and shoot teams to deliver high-quality content on time.

- Manage scheduling, publishing, and day-to-day account activity, including comments and messages.

- Communicate with clients, present content plans, collect feedback, and manage approvals.

- Track trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to identify relevant content opportunities.





- Analyse performance and prepare reports with clear insights and recommendations.

- Collaborate with the paid advertising team to align organic content with campaigns.

- Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality, and accuracy across all accounts.

Skills & Requirements

- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

- Solid copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

- Good understanding of reels, carousels, community engagement, and platform-specific content.

- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media analytics, and scheduling tools.

- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.

- A strong eye for design and attention to detail.

- Basic knowledge of Canva, influencer collaborations, and paid social campaigns is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
