About the Role

As a Social Media Account Lead, you will be the strategic bridge between clients, creative teams, and organizational goals. You'll oversee multiple accounts across sectors, drive client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and mentor teams to deliver exceptional digital outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and manage multiple social media accounts and client relationships on a day-to-day basis.

✅ Oversee and mentor cross-functional teams including social media managers, content creators, designers, and performance marketers.

✅ Develop strategic social media plans aligned with client objectives and business goals.

✅ Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and value additions to strengthen account performance and client engagement.

✅ Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings with clients and internal teams.

✅ Monitor campaign performance, audience behavior, and platform trends to optimize results.

✅ Drive innovation through the adoption of AI tools and emerging digital technologies.

✅ Prepare impactful presentations, reports, proposals, and business reviews for clients and stakeholders.

✅ Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and acquiring recent business.

✅ Collaborate with leadership teams on pitches, proposals, and business development initiatives.





✅ Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Minimum 8 years of experience in social media, digital communications, or account management.

✔ Proven experience managing multiple clients, brands, and teams simultaneously.

✔ Strong leadership and people management skills.

✔ Excellent client servicing and stakeholder management capabilities.

✔ Deep understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, digital trends, and community management.

✔ Proficiency in analytics, reporting, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making.

✔ Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Canva AI, and other productivity platforms.

✔ Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

✔ Strong business acumen with a proven track record in contributing to new business acquisition and account growth.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency or client-service setting.
