Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Meta Ads, social media marketing, and brand building for Bizyocon. The role includes planning and optimizing Facebook & Instagram campaigns, audience targeting, retargeting, content strategy, performance tracking, and lead generation. The candidate will collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging, brand-focused content and ad creatives while using data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and online visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), including campaign planning, setup, audience targeting, retargeting, budget management, A/B testing, and performance optimization.




- Strong understanding of social media marketing and SMO with the ability to grow and manage brand presence across major platforms.
- Good understanding of branding and brand positioning, including maintaining consistent brand voice, visual identity, messaging, and overall online presence.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies and social media calendars aligned with business and branding objectives.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills to create engaging, platform-specific content and ad creatives.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, campaign performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven optimization is essential.
- Ability to collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to create high-converting ad creatives and brand-focused content.
- Understanding of lead generation, conversion campaigns, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and ROAS/CPA/CPL optimization will be an advantage.
- Relevant experience managing social media and paid advertising for brands or agencies is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Gandhinagar, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of current Meta advertising trends, social media trends, and digital branding best practices.
