Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across major platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, creating and curating posts, coordinating visuals with design teams, and monitoring audience interactions and feedback. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to improve reach and conversions, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

This is a full-time,



in office position based in Modinagar, requiring regular coordination with internal stakeholders and timely management of social media activities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan, execute, and refine platform-specific campaigns.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design cohesive content plans, align posts with campaign objectives, and maintain consistent brand voice.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic data interpretation to measure performance and inform decision-making.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder inputs.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, remarketing) and an understanding of current social media trends; experience in an agency environment is an advantage.
