We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can independently manage NattyGarb’s social media presence while supporting day-to-day marketing, content and brand activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Manage Instagram and other relevant social platforms including posting, stories, reels, captions, hashtags and community engagement.
- Content Planning: Prepare and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars based on launches, campaigns, products and brand priorities.
- Content Coordination: Coordinate with the designer, photographer, videographer and marketing team to ensure regular content creation and timely execution.
- Community Management: Respond to comments, DMs and basic customer queries while maintaining the brand tone and customer experience.
- Growth: Identify relevant trends, content formats, collaborations and opportunities to increase reach, engagement and followers.
- Marketing Assistance: Support campaigns, product launches, influencer coordination, gifting,



shoots and other day-to-day marketing activities.
- Reporting: Track content performance, engagement, reach, follower growth and identify what content is working and what needs improvement.

Ideal Candidate

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories and social media trends.
- Good content sense with solid fashion/lifestyle awareness.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
- Fashion, lifestyle or D2C brand experience preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
