Role Description The Social Media Management & Recruitment Intern will support both digital presence and talent acquisition activities for Chetan Pumps. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, where the intern will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance analytics. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to gather content, maintaining brand consistency,



responding to online queries, and suggesting improvements to social media strategy.

On the recruitment side, the intern will help draft job postings, screen applications, coordinate interviews, update candidate databases, and support employer branding initiatives on social channels. The role involves learning and applying best practices in social media marketing and recruitment, while supporting the HR and marketing teams in meeting their goals.

Qualifications

- Social media skills: candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and improve engagement.
- Content and writing skills: candidates should possess skills in Writing and Content Strategy to create clear, engaging, and aligned messaging for posts and job descriptions.
- Communication skills: candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, interact with candidates, and represent the brand professionally.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, including job posting, application screening, and interview coordination, is beneficial.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools is preferred.
- Ability to work in office in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, HR, Business, or a related field
