Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube accounts.

- Create and schedule posts, Reels, Stories, Shorts and carousels.

- Generate creative content ideas based on trends and target audiences.

- Write captions, hooks, scripts and basic social media copy.

- Create and edit basic Reels/videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

- Research trending topics, hashtags, sounds and content formats.

- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.

- Coordinate with the graphic design and creative team.

- Track basic social media performance and suggest content improvements.

- Assist with client content requirements and timely publishing.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.

- Interest in social media and content creation.

- Basic knowledge of Canva and CapCut is preferred.

- Creative thinking and valuable content ideas.

- Good communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

- Basic knowledge of AI tools for content creation is an advantage.

Portfolio, personal social media page or sample content is an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
