Role Description The Social Media Intern role at The Glassberry is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The intern will support daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and scheduling posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Responsibilities include assisting with campaign execution, monitoring engagement and performance metrics, and responding to comments or messages under guidance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand goals, researching trends and competitor activities, and contributing ideas for content calendars and digital marketing initiatives. The intern will be encouraged to learn best practices in social media management and contribute to continuous improvement of online presence.

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to support campaign planning and execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop relevant, engaging posts aligned with brand objectives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact professionally on social channels.
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms, analytics tools, and current digital trends.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
