Role Description The Social Media Intern (UNPAID) will support the day-to-day planning, creation, and publishing of content across various social media platforms. This full-time remote role includes assisting with content calendars, drafting posts and captions, sourcing visuals, and engaging with online communities through comments and messages. The intern will help monitor trends, track basic performance metrics, and contribute ideas for campaigns aligned with current digital and pop culture conversations.





Additional responsibilities may include research on competitor strategies, supporting influencer outreach, and collaborating with the team on new branding or content initiatives.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated interest and basic skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Foundational understanding of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear writing and professional online interaction.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a full-time remote setting and work collaboratively in a virtual team.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and comfort experimenting with new content formats (e.g., short-form video, stories, carousels).
- Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter) and basic analytics tools is a plus.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
