About The Role

We’re building the ultimate destination for creators, fans, and the future of entertainment culture, and we’re looking for someone who can be the heartbeat of that story online. As our Social Media Intern,



you'll work closely with the Artist Management team to support and contribute to OML's new artist page on Instagram. Think of it as gaining hands-on experience in the creator economy, learning the ropes of managing a dynamic social media presence with the backing of one of the most iconic talent management agencies in the country.

You’ll assist in creating, curating, and identifying content that captures what’s trending, what’s timeless, and what’s next in the world of creators.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing OML’s new artist & culture Instagram page - from supporting calendar planning to post scheduling to helping identify real-time trends.
- Contribute to content creation, including shooting and creating content for Stories, Reels, BTS, interviews, Q&As;, and collabs with OML talent and teams, often requiring attendance on-ground at shoots, events, awards ceremonies, shows, etc.
- Help curate best-of-the-best content from the creator economy globally, from trends, brand collabs, platform updates, viral formats, and smart memes.
- Support collaborations with OML artists, teams, and leadership to showcase milestones, signings, and moments.
- Assist in ideation and development of content IPs - think interview shows, reaction series, collab formats, “creator diaries”, and beyond.
- Help shape the voice, tone, and identity of OML’s creator-first storytelling on Instagram.

Skills

- You live and breathe Instagram, Reels, memes , and have a keen interest in understanding what “the algorithm wants.”
- You’re already creating content - whether for yourself, for brands, or for your Finsta.




- You’re obsessed with the creator landscape - from established artists to emerging talent.
- You understand both the internet and the business of talent - you get both vibes and vision.
- You have a knack for writing, visual storytelling, and understanding internet culture - and are excited to learn how to make magic.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly .
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread content accurately.

- Graduation
