PeepStruck is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team and help manage and grow our social media presence.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, an interest in digital marketing and content creation, and a willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create and publish engaging social media posts, captions, stories, reels, and other content.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a social media content calendar.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, content ideas, and relevant industry trends.
- Coordinate with the content and design team to prepare social media creatives.
- Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track basic social media performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and clicks.
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly social media reports.
- Analyze competitors' social media activities and identify new content opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform features, and content formats.
- Assist with social media campaigns and promotional activities.




- Support the team in maintaining consistent brand communication across different platforms.

Requirements

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics is an advantage.
- Robust attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Candidates are required to bring their own laptop for work.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, Stories, or short-form video content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic understanding of hashtags, audience engagement, and social media growth.
- Creative writing and caption-writing skills.
- Previous internship, freelance, or personal experience managing social media accounts will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
