Job Summary

Drona Cyber Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for content creation, social media management, and digital marketing. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Design creatives, reels, stories, and short videos for marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and manage social media posts using relevant tools.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to improve brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to develop creative content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic social media reports.




- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for design and content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating social media content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools is an added advantage.
- Strong learning attitude and willingness to explore recent marketing trends.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
