About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to support our NGO’s digital presence and help us reach more students, beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, and the community through social media.

This is a purely non-paid internship/volunteer chance. There will be no salary, stipend, incentive, or commission associated with this role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization’s social media accounts.

Create and schedule social media posts, stories, reels, and other content.

Assist in promoting NGO activities, skill-development programs, events, campaigns, and initiatives.

Develop engaging captions and basic social media content.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Help increase social media reach and engagement organically.

Coordinate with the team to collect photos, videos, and information for social media content.

Maintain a basic social media content calendar.

Research current social media trends and suggest new content ideas.

Track basic social media performance and prepare simple reports.

Skills We Are Looking For

Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

Good communication and writing skills.

Creative mindset and interest in digital media.

Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.





Basic knowledge of video/reel editing is an advantage.

Willingness to learn and work with an NGO/social-impact organization.

Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.
