We're Hiring: Social Media & Content Writer (Intern / 2–3 Years Experience)
SwarmLens is looking for strong writers to help shape how we talk about AI, technology, and business across LinkedIn, blogs, and our broader content presence. We're hiring for two tracks: an internship for those starting out, and a role for candidates with some hands-on experience.
If you can research a topic, find the story in it, and write it in a way that's clear and engaging, we'd like to hear from you.
Who can apply
- Interns / Freshers — strong writing ability, no prior experience required
- 2–3 years experienced — candidates with relevant content/social media writing experience
What we're looking for
- Robust creative and article-writing skills, with excellent written English
- Ability to simplify technical and AI topics into content that's easy to follow
- Background in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
- Working understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
- Writing samples or a portfolio — mandatory for both tracks

- Industry research and thought-leadership pieces
- Creative content ideas and campaigns
- Building out SwarmLens' digital presence
