Role Description The Social Media Handling Intern is a full-time, remote position responsible for supporting the planning, creation, and management of CareAcrossMiles’ social media presence. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and scheduling posts, assisting with visual and written content creation, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

The intern will help monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages in a professional manner, and track performance metrics to inform future content and campaigns. This role will also involve coordinating with team members to align social media activities with broader marketing and communication goals, as well as staying informed about trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Ability to effectively use Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing tools to support campaign planning and execution.




- Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, audience-focused posts.
- Solid Communication skills, both written and verbal, to represent the organization clearly and respectfully online.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and platform features (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok).
- Interest in learning and applying current social media trends and best practices.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote setting.
- Comfort working independently as well as collaboratively with a distributed team.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
