Job Title: Social Media Strategist – Facebook

Location: Remote (few hours overlap with U.S. time zone)

Pay scale: INR 30K-45K per Month

About the RoleAre you obsessed with cracking the Meta organic algorithm? Do you know how to turn casual scrollers into engaged communities—and those communities into high-intent leads?

We are looking for a Facebook Pages Strategist to build, scale, and monetize a portfolio of industry-focused Facebook pages across the U.S. home-services sector (Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, Remodeling, Landscaping, and more).

This isn't a "post 3 times a week and track likes" role. You will be building a repeatable, scalable Facebook Growth System. Your mission is two-fold: build high-trust, active organic communities that generate direct leads, and create a powerful trust bridge that significantly boosts our paid Meta ad conversions.

What You’ll Do

- Build Scalable Growth Systems: Design repeatable playbooks, posting cadences, and content frameworks across hundreds of industry-specific Facebook pages.
- Drive Strategic Content: Map out high-trust, high-engagement content—from before/after transformations and seasonal home tips to comment-to-lead prompts and local polls.
- Bridge Organic & Paid: Ensure prospects who click our paid ads find an active, highly credible page that removes objections and accelerates conversion.
- Fuel Organic Lead Generation:



Develop and test conversion mechanisms (Messenger funnels, organic service offers, CTAs, comment triggers) to turn followers into qualified inquiries.
- Analyze & Optimize: Track performance using data-driven metrics—monitoring engagement velocity, cost-per-follower (for growth tests), leads per 1,000 followers, and downstream ad impact.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ Years of Proven Organic Growth: A track record of growing Facebook pages/groups with relevant, high-quality U.S. audiences.
- Performance & Funnel Mindset: You understand lead generation, Meta Ads synergy, and how organic content drives commercial outcomes.
- Data-Driven Execution: Experience testing formats, analyzing reach metrics, and leveraging analytics to iterate rapidly.
- System Builder: Ability to turn successful experiments into standardized procedures and documentation.
- Bonus Points: Experience in the U.S. home-services vertical, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, and leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) to scale content research and production.
