Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, ready to get hands-on with content creation, and capable of driving both paid and organic social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and execute engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and carousels.
- Run targeted paid ad campaigns on social media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver regular reports with insights and growth strategies.
- Develop and implement organic growth strategies to build community and improve page visibility.
- Stay updated with current trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Manage and respond to community interactions, DMs, and comments in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns, contests, influencer tie-ups, and user-generated content.

Required Skills:





- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Must be ready for on-ground and on-camera content creation (photos/videos as needed).
- Hands-on experience with social media advertising tools like Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.
- Knowledge of organic social media marketing strategies and community building.
- Basic understanding of design and video editing tools is a bonus (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a creative agency or design-related industry.
