Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai (Full-Time, Work from Office)

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who can bring ideas to life, is passionate about storytelling, and thrives in a quick-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Executive, you will be shaping ideas, crafting strategies, and collaborating with creative and digital teams to bring innovative solutions to our clients. This role is ideal for someone who loves brainstorming, creating, and executing ideas with precision, has a flair for innovation and strong presentation skills. The ideal candidate should be able to build lasting relationships with clients and understand their objectives.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain client relationships
- Uncover brands objectives and craft a creative solution that aligns with these needs
- Develop, create, and curate high-quality, engaging content (videos, stories, reels, posts) in line with brand guidelines.
- Schedule and publish content across various social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YT and Facebook.
- Monitor comments, mentions, and DMs to interact with the audience and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Track and create reports for KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, and follower growth to analyze performance and report insights.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform changes,



and competitor strategies.
- Work with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to support campaigns.
- Setting up or managing paid social media ads (e.g., Facebook Ads).

· Be a trend-spotter, always in tune with pop culture and digital moments, with the ability to act fast and make them work for brands.

· Experience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications

- Proficiency with all social media tools
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a digital agency
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and build client relationships
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills
- Possess a creative mindset
