About Us

SpoiledIdeas is a digital marketing agency based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, managing social media for healthcare clients. We're looking for a proactive Social Media Executive to manage client accounts from planning through performance.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate with the internal design and content team to get posts ready on time
- Plan and maintain the monthly posting calendar for each client
- Share content with clients and get their approvals
- Schedule posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite and other tools
- Track how posts are performing and respond to comments, messages, and replies
- Handle reputation management, including responding professionally to negative reviews
- Review monthly reports and use them to improve each client's growth
- Plan and run boosted posts on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and YouTube

What We're Looking For





- 2+ year of hands-on experience in social media management
- Good understanding of how the Facebook, Youtube and Instagram algorithms work
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Creator Studio
- Basic knowledge of Meta and YouTube boosting and ads
- Comfortable using AI and design tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva
- Adaptable, able to handle multiple clients and shifting priorities
- A team player with clear communication skills
