Through hands-on training, students learn industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, AI-powered creative tools, and essential skills in storytelling, content creation, and personal branding to build successful careers in the digital media industry.

We are looking for a Social Media Executive who can ideate, create, and execute compelling content that strengthens PAVE's brand presence, engages our audience, and drives student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms, including reels, short-form videos, carousels, and educational content.
- Develop and execute content strategies to support PAVE's brand growth, engagement, and enrollment goals.
- Serve as an on-camera creator for educational, promotional, and community-focused content when required.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute content shoots, including ideation, scripting, shot planning, and production.
- Collaborate with video editors, tutors, designers, and content teams to ensure high-quality content output.
- Coordinate with students and internal departments to facilitate content shoots, gather insights, and ensure seamless execution of content projects across PAVE.
- Research social media trends, creator economy updates,



and audience insights to identify content opportunities for PAVE.
- Build and manage content calendars for campaigns, workshops, launches, student success stories, and community initiatives.
- Analyse content performance and optimise future content based on engagement and conversion metrics.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Content Creation, Content Strategy, and social media management.
- Proven experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, or similar platforms.
- Ability to ideate engaging content concepts, unique shoot angles, and attention-grabbing hooks tailored to different platforms.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and presenting content confidently.
- Experience planning and executing content shoots from concept to delivery.
- Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Basic understanding of video editing and content production workflows is preferred.
- Highly creative, organised, and proactive.
