Lafayette Luxury Concierge Services is a luxury lifestyle and travel concierge company catering to HNI/UHNI clients, families, business leaders, and premium banking clientele. We curate bespoke travel experiences, luxury stays, VIP access, exclusive events, private aviation, lifestyle services, personal shopping, and more.

We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can strengthen Lafayette’s digital presence and create engaging content around luxury travel, lifestyle, experiences, and concierge services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Lafayette’s Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Plan and execute a monthly social media content calendar focused on luxury travel, destinations, hotels, experiences, events and concierge services.
- Create and coordinate engaging Reels, posts, stories, carousels and promotional creatives.
- Develop travel-focused content showcasing destinations, luxury hotels, experiences, VIP access and Lafayette services.
- Manage WhatsApp Broadcasts and client communication campaigns, ensuring relevant offers and experiences are shared with the right audience.
- Create and distribute client newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
- Plan, launch and monitor Instagram/Facebook paid advertising campaigns.
- Track campaign performance, engagement, leads and other relevant metrics and provide regular reports.
- Coordinate with the Travel, Concierge and Business Development teams to identify content opportunities and promote ongoing offers, destinations and experiences.
- Assist in creating promotional campaigns for luxury hotels, events, travel experiences, festivals, sporting events and seasonal travel.




- Stay updated on social media trends, travel trends, luxury lifestyle content and emerging digital marketing formats.
- Maintain Lafayette’s premium and sophisticated brand image across all digital communication.
- Explore recent digital channels and ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement and client enquiries.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and running paid social media campaigns.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing/Broadcasts and Email Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of content creation, social media trends and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or other creative tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions and marketing copy.
- Interest in luxury travel, hospitality, lifestyle and premium experiences will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
