We are looking for an organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator to manage the flow of content between our internal team and our social media posting partner. The role involves collecting photos/videos and content, organizing them, and ensuring timely handover to our posting partner for publishing across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize photos, videos, and content from the internal team.
- Maintain a simple content calendar tracking what needs to be posted and when.
- Coordinate with our posting partner to share content for scheduled posting.
- Follow up with the posting partner to ensure posts go live on time across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Write or collect basic captions and hashtags to accompany the content.
- Maintain records of what has been sent/posted.
- Flag any missing or delayed content to the internal team.
- Basic monitoring of posts to confirm they've gone live as planned.
Skills & Requirements
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel or similar tools to track content status.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Basic knowledge of Canva.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Interest in social media/digital marketing/Instagram marketing.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- 6 days working.
- Candidates staying in South/Central Mumbai preferred.
