We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage our Instagram presence and execute influencer marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be up-to-date with social media trends and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram account (posting, captions, DMs, comments)
- Plan and execute content calendar
- Identify and onboard influencers (micro to mid-tier)
- Handle influencer outreach, communication, and negotiations
- Coordinate with designers/editors for content execution
- Track campaign performance and creator results
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest growth strategies
- Stay updated with latest trends, reels, and content formats
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years experience in Social Media / Influencer Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and digital trends
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of analytics and engagement metrics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)
