About the RoleDolphin Infra is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and increase brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories and captions.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Identify and leverage trending topics, formats and hashtags.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Monitor engagement, reach, followers and social media performance.
- Handle comments, messages and audience engagement.




- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Prepare basic social media performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and AI content tools.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms.
- Good communication and content-writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current trends.
- Knowledge of Canva and AI tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
