Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Graphic Designer to create visually engaging content for our social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to transform ideas into attractive and effective visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create social media posts, carousels, banners, stories, thumbnails, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and current social media trends.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Create designs for events, webinars, workshops, offers, announcements, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, colors, typography, and visual style.
- Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various social media platforms.
- Stay updated with the latest graphic design, social media, and visual content trends.
- Make revisions based on feedback from the marketing and management teams.




- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Valuable knowledge of Canva and other design tools.
- Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert concepts into compelling visuals.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
- Experience designing creatives for Instagram Reels, YouTube thumbnails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media engagement.
- Experience in EdTech, education, healthcare, or digital marketing industries is a plus.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, social media design, or digital content creation.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital creatives is required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,781.37 per month
